1月12日,资本市场再喜讯,“西军团”交出破百成绩单——当天,安新通药物究股份有限司(以下简新通药物)IPO申请顺利过会,即将陆科创板。此,西安在历虎年里共新增12家上市公司,全境内外上市业总量也达100家。西北地区首家第五套标准上市企业位西安高新区新通药物,一家聚焦于性乙肝、肝、癫痫等重疾病领域的新药企业。据信息披露新通药物此拟发行不超4555.59万股,计划募集资金12.79亿元,主要用于新研发、创新物产业化生基地建设和充流动资金个项目。其,位于高新的新药研发目投入资金总募资额七左右。据悉新通药物是北地区首家过科创板“五套标准”市的企业—按照该标准则,对企业最近一年营”“最近三经营活动产的现金流量额”“最近年累计研发入占营收比”等指标均做要求,充体现出管理、监管层对疗大健康产中初创型知产权密集型业的呵护与力。令创投和资本圈人关注的是,次新通药物功IPO,再次浮现出“土头部创投本土优质企”的“珠联合”——西高新技术产风险投资有责任公司管的西安西高基石投资基合伙企业(限合伙),身新通药物东名单。招说明书显示基石基金于2020年8月31日投资2000万元,持有新通药0.678%的股权。作我市六大支产业和19条重点产业链的“明珠”西安的生物药产业,正速成长为具国际竞争力先进制造业群之一。有内人士表示此次新通药成功IPO,既是对我市现“六大支产业五年内实现产值翻”重点任务有力推动,将为奋进中西安生物医产业再鼓干。“破百”绩凸显“西军团”激情者梳理相关据发现,新药物此次过后,西安境外上市企业量达到100家,其中境上市62家、境外38家。尤为值得一的是,凸显硬科技范儿的科创板上公司中,西企业达12家,在全国15个副省级城中排第6位,资本市场“安军团”迸出澎湃动能从二级市场据看,截至2022年末,西安境内上公司总市值到1.23万亿,居15个副省级城市6位。千亿级市值龙头企3家,百亿级企业17家,企业上市实质效双提升全市储备上后备企业近500家,企业上市的基础加夯实。用用情助推西优质企业拥资本市场,实打造“资力量西安军”,是西安市公司总量年来加速度长并实现“百”佳绩的键“源动力。记者从西市金融工作了解到,近来我市建立全“一企一班七服务”进上市工作制,即为每拟上市企业立专班,定上市规划表路线图,提一门通办、易所直通车税务管家、防安全合作七大服务。2019年机制建立以来共协调业务门为企业疏上市过程中痛点难点堵问题近300项,为企业市保驾护航久久为功方善作善成,极吸引并推各方投资机在西安聚集作为,厚植创投生态”土,也是西为拟上市企营造“上游”成长环境重要环节。市出台的《安市促进股投资行业发的若干措施,不但吸引投界和资本的聚焦目光更为西安优企业引来了真金白银”发展助力。私募通统计2022年西安有近百家业获得私募权投资,总额超60亿元。记者 刘宁 编辑:王瑜

省政协委员,民盟陕女尸省员会副主委,陕西省城市济文化研究会会长张涛。部网讯 1月13日下午,陕西省政协左传三届一次会举行第二次全体会议,10位来自不同界别的政狂山委围绕陕西省高质量发展作会发言。省政协委员,民陕西省委员会副主委,陕省城市经济文化研究会会张涛代表民盟陕西省双双员就《明确陕西在关中平原市群中的发展定位 全面提升开发开放水平》作重言“以我省为规划实施主体关中平原城市群,在服务融入新发展格局中具有独战略地位,近年来经济综实力稳步增强。”张拥有说但仍需重视城市发展功能位模糊、都市圈内部发展均衡、传统对外贸易的路依赖、文化资源优势没有分发挥等问题。“当窥窳,中平原城市群和西安都市发展规划是以资源向西安中为偏好,加剧了区域发的不协调性,直接影响西一体化、西渭融合以洵山西都市圈一体化建设。”张说,陕西是文化资源大省但距离文化产业强省还有距。同时,陕西省聚焦打传承中华文化的世界溪边旅目的地的相关项目策划缺深度、准度。为此,张涛议,要明确各城市发展定,既当好“配角”也当好主角”,构建优势互孙子、质量发展的区域经济布局“建议西安合并一批开发、新区,重点发展高端制业和现代服务业,让城市各节点城市不只是中耿山城西安的‘配角’,更是特化、专业化生产的‘主角。”同时,争取中央财政持,打造轨道上的都市圈城市群。加快完善一箴鱼时勤圈,重启关中城际铁路设,支持宝鸡全国性综合通枢纽建设,尽快推动规建设银川—宝鸡—汉中—中南下与重庆连接的三身铁打造西北联接西南的一条的陆海新通道。争取将兰经汉中至十堰高铁规划尽启动,构建贯通陕南一体的高速铁路路网。此鬼国,涛还建议,要聚力向西开开放战略,调整优化对外易结构,将关中各市全面入陕西自贸协同创新区范,建立完善城市群多阘非联的通关机制,内陆转口贸和加工贸易的便利化结算制。深度挖掘历史文化资,打造世界级旅游目的地做足西安古都文化,雅山设安汉唐皇城、宫殿遗址文体验区。“要加快汉长安未央宫国家遗址公园建设完善大明宫国家遗址公园化休闲和体验设施;由于曲大雁塔至杜陵建设成为汉休闲文化体验区;打造渭汉唐帝陵文化旅游廊道,已划至西咸新区的秦咸阳遗址和五陵原划回咸数斯管,支持咸阳做足秦文化。张涛说,还要支持渭南、洛发展都市休闲旅游,完高铁、重点景区共享汽车点布局;加快国家对龟山文贸易基地建设,形成对外放的重要产业和人文交流地。 编辑:胡一义均

央视网消:中国汽工业协会天(1月12日)发布的数据显,2022年,在购税减半等系列稳增、促消费策的有效动下,我汽车工业现恢复性长,全年销量稳中增,为稳整个工业济增长起积极作用数据显示2022年,我国汽产销量分完成2702.1万辆和2686.4万辆,同比分别长3.4%和2.1%。其中,用车产销分别完成2383.6万辆和2356.3万辆,同比别增长11.2%和9.5%。中国汽车工协会常务会长 付锋:中国车也越来得到国际场的认可中国成为球主要的口国之一新能源汽继续爆发增长,市占有率已到25.6%。数据显示,2022年,我国新能源汽产销量分完成705.8万辆和688.7万辆,同分别增长96.9%和93.5%。其中,电动汽车销量分别成546.7万辆和536.5万辆,同比别增长83.4%和81.6%。中国汽车业协会常副会长 炳锋:新源汽车出(也)快增长,全累计出口近70万辆,实现120%的增长。数十家国品牌新源汽车进欧洲主流场,中国能源汽车核心技术从整车制、电池、电技术等始向国外出。中国车工业协预计,2023年,我国新能源车将会继保持快速长,预计量有望超900万辆。 编辑:秦?
