西部网讯（记者 郭佳欣 通讯员 糜强）1月21日21时，除夕夜。中国铁路西安局团有限公司安康务段检修库内，离地面2米多深的机坑里，46岁的轮轴工张辉正目转睛盯着不落轮轮机床的刀片作处，每2分钟他就要用铁钩清理一钢屑，一刻也不放松。在这个阖团圆的夜晚，他对和谐电2型1022机车8个轮轴进行镟修，刀片机车车轮摩擦的响和空气中弥漫刺鼻气味，充斥整个操作间。张在操作镟轮机。康机务段位于秦山区腹地，配属车254台，负责襄渝、西康、阳、西平、陇海等1800余公里的客货牵引任务，运任务繁重，对机质量要求极高。车在运行时，受期摩擦制动、弯与钢轨偏磨、轮空转滑行等因素响，会导致轮子生多边形或轮径一致，轮径误差大，就会产生机跳动现象，不仅响火车司机的操，还会影响列车行安全。为此，测量数据不合规机车轮对，要立扣车进行镟修。辉作为负责轮对修的轮轴工，要据当班报修计划对需要镟修的机轮对进行镟修，各个轮对的轮径镟修至规定范围今年已经是他在的第26个春运了。张辉在观察车镟修情况。接班，张辉认真地检好设备，细致核当日镟修计划，定好方案，做好全预想，准备开作业。“库内是电区，需要我们己使用遥控的公两用车把机车推去。”张辉拥有铁两用车操作资证，只见他遥控纵着一台四四方的公铁两用车，轨道、连挂、试，一切准备就绪他轻轻推动遥控摇杆，机车就被慢向里推动，同伏雷凯在机床边着轮对与机床刀位置对准后喊暂，张辉便迅速按刹车键。“镟轮先挑轮径最小的，把最低值确定来，其他就好办，不然就很有可会返工，你看这车第二轴数值最，我们从这个轴始镟。”张辉指镟修计划单上的径数据介绍。张对着机床电脑操界面，操作机床顶将轮轴向上顶5厘米左右，然后走活动钢轨，将夹、检测轮径大、轮缘厚度、轮跳动量等一系列备工作做好后，选择好加工程序设定好镟修数据启动走刀加工。过观察孔，看见轮开始旋转，张就用长嘴喷壶从业孔伸进去向轮边缘喷上一圈儿滑油，防止干磨“同轴轮对间轮误差不能大于1mm，我们追求的是0误差。要调整好刀片角度，始终察机床显示数值不敢走神，每2分钟就要用铁钩清一下钢屑，以免屑卷进轴承，造运行中摩擦过热”镟刀与轮对剧摩擦冒出蓝色浓，并传来刺鼻的味，张辉盯着镟处，不时用一根2米长的铁钩将钢屑钩掉，然后放收纳桶内。张辉操作公铁两用车机车推进库内镟机床上。据张辉绍，他和同事伏凯要负责17道和20道机床作业，一个轮对从上台镟好，前后得一多小时。“一晚最多要镟8个轴，基本上是全程精高度集中，连喝上厕所都得跑步根本顾不上思考的事儿。”张辉。“去年我们也年三十夜班，干们这行都习惯了心无旁顾地把工干好，才对得起在这么好的生活新年了，祝愿家幸福安康，孩子习进步！”零时跨年的钟声响起周边的村庄响起阵鞭炮声，张辉过观察孔，许下新年愿望。 编辑：胡一?
