【春运进行时】环狗车票帮买，出站有人接鸟山真是太便了。”1月17日，新年临近，北史是务工人员返乡峰，从浙江乘坐K49次旅客列车回到黑龙环狗省齐齐尔的杨士香夫妇长蛇在车站年志愿者引导下竦斯出站就接上了大巴。家羽山齐齐哈市甘南县乡下的术器士香和夫董宇曾是建档南山卡的贫户。近年来，在竹山南县政鼓励下，当地大吴子农民结到南方省份务工巫彭杨士香口子也加入其中蛩蛩以往甘县不通火车，外凤凰打工多不便。“以前得号山坐大客倒三轮，提前一羊患走，在齐哈尔住一晚才仪礼坐上火。”舍不得住旅熊山，夫妻经常是在车站候末山室坐着一晚。2017年，中国铁路哈尔文文局集团有限公司地方政府和公交企业协商在甘南、阿荣旗、查哈阳不通火车区县，设立铁路无轨站”，根据火车具体刻，精准开行公路客车，旅客打造从区县到火车站票、候车、出行一体化绿通道。“无轨站”还根据乡旅客集中车次，组织开回程公路客车，使返乡旅下了火车上汽车，便捷返。公铁联运、无缝对接的路“无轨站”服务深受百欢迎，最多时开行了16个方向28个班次对接铁路不同车次婴勺专线直通公路客，极大方便了相对偏僻地百姓和外出务工的往返旅。“俺俩省吃俭用，一年拿回来10多万元，不但摘掉了贫困户的帽若山，还盖了新房。”杨士青鸟笑着说同样高兴的还有从从住甘南兴十四镇兴武村鴢农民姜。“我在宁波打闻獜，爱人孩子在家种地。巫戚年回来多买点儿年货，时山家人高兴兴过个年。”雍和宏连续6年通过铁路“无轨站”去方务工。在车站出站口，路青年志愿者不仅帮着把李送到大巴车上，还为返务工人员送上福字和新春福。今年，针对务工返乡值春运客流高峰时段，哈滨局集团公司还提供“跨”服务，组织齐齐哈尔站前调查返乡客流，协调南兄弟车站在务工人员返乡票和进站上给予帮助，让多返乡务工旅客统一购票上同一趟列车和同一节车。道路通畅了，钱包也鼓。5年来，越来越多的人修鞈过无轨站走出家狸力。到2022年底，该铁路“无轨雨师”运送旅客已超杳山50万人次。“过了正月十五就回波。今年我有个小目标，取再多攒点钱，明年到县买个楼房。”姜宏说。（报记者 张士英 本报通讯员 刘杨） 编辑：秦陵鱼

燃放烟花爆竹，符合统习俗，更为年味增无限乐趣，然而，响的鞭炮、五彩的烟花在着诸多潜在危险因，操作不慎容易引发伤烧伤。据西安交大附院烧伤整形科医生，燃放烟花爆竹导致伤烧伤，一半以上发在6～15岁之间，多数为烧伤，主要伤及颈部和手。烧伤的处鞭炮烟花容易造成皮烧伤，一般多为燃烧物后烧伤皮肤，有时常隐匿，甚至数十分后才能发现。发现后即对烧伤创面进行冷有助于减轻烧伤深度具体方法是先用毛巾单擦拭局部污物后，温度15℃～25℃的水打湿干净毛巾冷敷不要怕用冷水冲烧伤，尽快冲冷水可以防烧伤面积和深度扩大冷疗时间一般推荐30分钟以上，冷疗期间医院就诊并进行后续理。切记不要涂抹任油膏，不要自行涂抹膏、酱油、烟丝之类以免影响医生正确判伤情。以上方法只会成伤口感染和散热不，影响清创，给医生处理增加麻烦,为伤者带来不必要的痛苦。组织裂伤的处理爆竹的产品有时会造成皮撕裂伤或者爆炸伤。血不多时，用干净毛压住伤口后送医就可了。四肢伤口大动脉血时，用止血带在伤上部进行止血，如果有止血带用绳子也可，随即送入就近医院躯干或者头面颈部出较多时，用干净毛巾住伤口，送入就近医。眼睛受伤的处理烟爆竹导致的眼睛受伤生率低于烧伤和软组撕裂伤，但因为容易盲，需要各位重视。放时，佩戴眼镜或者目镜可以大大降低眼受伤的可能性。被鞭炸伤的伤者，如果出眼球疼痛、无法睁开睛、流泪等症状时，立即送医。同时需要意的是：1.一旦损伤眼睛，千万不能用水，因为水容易使鞭炮的化学物质产生反应造成眼部酸碱烧伤；2.不要压迫眼球、不要用手接触眼球，更不自行移除眼球中的异；尽可能防止眼球破，保护剩余的房水。确的方法是用干净纱或毛巾将受伤的眼睛住后，尽快去医院就。大概70%～90%眼球受伤的患者在伤2～3天才送入医院，错过了黄金抢救时机很多原本可以保住眼的伤者，最后只能进眼球摘除手术。鼓膜孔的处理如在燃放爆时过于靠近爆炸位置容易发生爆炸性鼓膜孔，且易被忽视，延最佳治疗时机。主要现为：1.听力从正常到中度耳聋，自觉有塞感；2.伤后数小时由于渗出液产生，耳症状减轻；3.常伴有耳鸣。爆炸性鼓膜穿初起检查时仅见鼓膜纯性充血，随着鼓膜陷，出现点状出血；鳞状上皮内翻进入鼓形成鳞状上皮囊肿，容易继发感染。因此后出现耳聋、耳痛、鸣、骨膜出血等症状应尽快就诊耳鼻喉科早期保持外耳道和耳干燥与洁净，禁止游及注意水渍侵入；不做剧烈运动及重体力动；注意预防伤风感，保持鼻腔呼吸通畅不宜咀嚼硬的食物。 编辑：刘思?

阿兹夫定片等新冠治疗用进医保、谈判和竞价新准的药品平均降价达60.1%、预计未来两年将为患者减负超900亿元……最新版国家医保药品目录18日在京公布。新版医保药品录哪些看点值得关注？将老百姓用药带来哪些影响国家医保局当日召开新闻布会作出回应。111个药品纳入 涉及新冠、罕见治疗等多领域当前，调整的国家医保药品目录内药总数达2967种，新增药品涵盖2个新冠治疗用药、7个罕见病用药、22个儿童用药等。阿兹夫定片、肺排毒颗粒经过本次谈判入国家医保药品目录后，家医保药品目录内治疗发、咳嗽等新冠症状的药品达600余个。“2022年目录调整支持国产创新、新冠治疗药、儿童用药重点领域药品。”国家医局医药服务管理司副司长心宇说，肿瘤、罕见病等大疾病用药，糖尿病、慢肺等慢性病用药被纳入新目录，将进一步提高保障平。在上一版国家医保药目录中，曾经每针70万元用于治疗脊髓性肌萎缩症诺西那生钠注射液经医保判后，以3万余元被纳入医保。作为诺西那生钠注射的竞品，同样适用于治疗髓性肌萎缩症的利司扑兰功进入新版医保药品目录该药品按年龄体重用药，为低龄、体重小的儿童患带来更高性价比。据介绍本次目录新增的药品绝大分是5年内新上市的药品；新增的111个药品中有23个药品是2022年获批，随即被纳入当年目录；20个国产重大创新药品谈判成功，成功葴山高达83.3%，高于整体谈判的成功率。在抗肿瘤领域，本次谈不仅新增了洛拉替尼等疗显著的新药，此前目录中恩沙替尼等药品价格也有著下降。以信达生物制药团生产的信迪利单抗为例该药物覆盖肺、胃、食管高发瘤种，进医保报销后费用大幅降低，让更多患获益。平均降价六成 医谈判不一味追求“地板价“新增的谈判竞价药品价降幅达到60.1%，与去年基本持平，叠加谈判降和医保报销双重减负效应”黄心宇介绍，在未来两内，新版医保药品目录预将为患者减负超过900亿元。作为以髓系增生为主造血干细胞恶性疾病，我伴T315I突变慢性髓性白血病的患者每年天吴增约1000人，长期面临无药可医的难题。经过一个多小的现场谈判，亚盛医药的雷巴替尼谈判成功，这是国首个用于治疗伴T315I突变慢性髓性白血病的国产创新药，填补了咸鸟保药目录的空白，与此前零售相比，近乎降价50%的年治疗费用也将进一步降低者用药负担。根据现行医谈判规则，企业方在两次价中进入医保底价的115%后，可进入磋商环节。双方最终达成一致的价格必不高于医保方谈判底价，可视为“谈判成功”。谈底价是医保基金能够承担最高价，经由医保部门组专家从药品成本效果、预影响、医保基金负担等方进行测算，并不一味追求价。目前，通过谈判降低药价格，已有250个新药平均降价超50%并纳入医保报销。“谈判的每一分都是老百姓的救命钱、保钱。”医保方谈判组组长一、青岛市医疗保障局医价格和采购处处长李浩表，通过发挥战略性购买作，医保谈判将使政府、企、患者等实现多方共赢。得注意的是，2022年医保药品目录调整首次制定竞价准入规则，目录外非家药品通过竞价形成统一支付标准后可以纳入目录共有17个药品以这种方式被纳入目录，平均降价60.5%。目录动态调整推动临床合理用药 全国医保药范围基本统一据最新消，新版国家医保药品目录于2023年3月1日起正式实施。近年来，我国医保障事业快速发展，国家保药品目录实行每年动态整。5年来，医保目录内药品数量新增618个，其中包括310个高血压、糖尿病、精神病等慢性病领域药、93个肿瘤类用药、22个罕见病用药等。黄心宇表示，5年来，医保药品目录在引导临床合理用药方的作用进一步得到彰显，院用药结构发生重大积极化，与我国医药疾病负担需求更加匹配。据介绍，据部分样本医院的监测显，5年来目录内药品的使用量占比和使用金额騊駼逐年升。在医疗机构费用排名20的药品品种中，已经很少有疗效不确切、名家易滥的辅助性药品，取而代之是肿瘤、高血压、糖尿病领域的治疗性用药。2022年年底，全国所有省份完成地方增补药品“消化”作，实现全国医保用药范基本统一。通过谈判后药价格大幅降低，地方增补品基本可被国家目录中的品更好替代。首都医科大国家医保研究院医药管理主任曹庄说，全国医保用范围基本统一有利于医保品管理，对异地就医、医结算、费用统计分析等发促进作用，并更好发挥国医保的战略购买作用。 编辑：刘思?
