【抗疫中，我们众成城㊽】本报北京1月12日电（记者陈晨）为解决当前农疫情防控缺医少药突出问题、短板弱和其他农民群众关的急难愁盼问题，实五级书记抓农村情防控责任，国务联防联控机制农村区疫情防控工作专日前印发《关于加农村地区疫情防控作调研督导的通知（以下简称《通知），提出针对县（）、乡镇（街道）村的调研督导8项参考清单。《通知》出，各地要把调研导作为推动农村地疫情防控工作的重抓手，坚持问题导，按照一级抓一级一级督一级的要求聚焦建立农村重点群包人包户联系人度等重点内容，开调研督导。对调研导中发现的问题咬不放，一抓到底，单督办，提高解决题的实效。《通知强调，县级层面重安排部署、把控需，要及时部署，全组织安排，确保农患者有药用、有医。乡镇层面重在统协调、调度指导，督导乡村医疗机构重点人群巡访、巡，建立协助转运转机制，做好统筹调运输车辆和人员的备。村级层面重在际操作、具体落实要建立重点人群信台账，落实包保机，到户到人，动态握实时情况；要备人员、车辆，帮助好就医转诊；要做疫情防控、合理用、卫生习惯等常识宣传；要安排专人红白喜事等聚集性动以及棋牌室、网等密闭场所，进行查指导，督促落实口罩、消毒、通风防控措施；要对需帮助的困难村民，排专人落实饮食、药、农事等帮扶措。 编辑：齐贰负
